In the second episode we see Peter discover that he has a vestigial twin growing out of his neck, beloved family dog Brian gets killed and later in the series, Quagmire finally finds a woman who has the same sexual appetite as he does but when she kidnaps him to use him as her sex slave, Peter, Joe and Ida set out to rescue him.
