Funny Lady is the 1975 soundtrack to the sequel film of the same name, continuing the story of Fanny Brice from the earlier Funny Girl. Barbra Streisand stars and handles the vocals throughout, with James Caan also featured. The album includes a mix of period songs and new material written for the film, with Streisand's rendition of "How Lucky Can You Get" among the more notable performances. Released on Arista Records, it sits comfortably in the Broadway and Hollywood musical tradition that Streisand built much of her early career on.
