Bush was a Canadian hard rock and blues rock band, and this self-titled debut from 1970 was their only studio album released on RCA Victor. The record draws heavily from the British blues boom sound that was popular at the time, blending heavy guitar work with blues-rooted structures in the style of bands like Cream and early Led Zeppelin. It remains a fairly obscure entry in the Canadian rock canon from that era.
