Focus was a Dutch progressive rock band led by guitarist Jan Akkerman and vocalist/keyboardist Thijs van Leer. Live At The Rainbow captures their 1973 performance at the Rainbow Theatre in London, showcasing the band at the height of their popularity following the success of Moving Waves. The set draws heavily from that album, including extended live versions of "Hocus Pocus" and "Sylvia," and demonstrates the group's blend of jazz, classical, and hard rock with van Leer's distinctive yodeling.
