The Go-Go's' second studio album, released in 1982 on I.R.S. Records, finds the all-female Los Angeles band continuing the new wave pop rock sound they established on their debut. The title track "Vacation" became one of their biggest hits, and the album also includes "We Don't Have to Take Our Clothes Off" and "Get Up and Go." Slightly more polished than their debut, it sits comfortably in the early 80s new wave pop landscape the band helped define.
