Canadian country music artist from Widdifield, Ontario active 1950s to 1970s. Father of Randall Prescott and Ron Prescott; father-in-law of Tracey Brown (2)/Tracey Prescott, Barry Brown (3), Lawanda Brown and Morgan Brown (4); grandfather of Kaylen Prescott and Kelly Prescott.
Inducted into the Ottawa Valley Country Music Hall of Fame in 1984.
Inducted into the Northern Ontario Country Music Hall of Fame in 2007.
