Loverboy formed in Calgary in 1979 and quickly became one of Canada’s most successful rock exports of the 1980s. Fronted by Mike Reno and known for their energetic live shows and red leather stage gear, the band scored multiple platinum albums and radio staples like “Turn Me Loose” and “Working for the Weekend.”
Released in 1985, Lovin’ Every Minute of It was their fourth studio album and featured production by Bruce Fairbairn. The title track became a Top 10 hit in both Canada and the U.S., solidifying their status as arena rock heavyweights.
The Canadian pressing features bilingual label text and Columbia’s high-fidelity mastering for domestic collectors.
