Neil Young's 1983 album "Everybody's Rockin'" finds him fronting a backing group called The Shocking Pinks and leaning heavily into 1950s rockabilly and early rock and roll territory. The record runs just under 25 minutes and includes a mix of originals and covers, with the title track and "Wonderin'" among the standouts. It was released on Geffen Records, which had famously sued Young around this period for making records that were "uncharacteristic" of his sound, and this album was part of that contentious stretch of his catalog.
