Robert Palmer (1949–2003) was an English singer-songwriter known for his eclectic style, blending rock, soul, funk, and new wave. He rose to fame in the 1970s and 1980s with hits like “Addicted to Love,” “Simply Irresistible,” and “Bad Case of Loving You.” He also fronted the supergroup The Power Station alongside members of Duran Duran.
