This Canadian stereo pressing was issued in 1974 through WEA Music of Canada under the Rolling Stones Records imprint. The album was recorded between late 1973 and early 1974 at multiple locations, including Musicland Studios (Munich), Stargroves (Hampshire), and Island Studios (London). Production is credited to The Glimmer Twins, with engineering by Andy Johns and Keith Harwood. It is the final full studio album featuring guitarist Mick Taylor. The title track originated from a demo recorded at Ronnie Wood’s home studio with contributions from Wood and bassist Willie Weeks before being completed by the band. The album includes a mix of rock, R&B, and funk‑influenced material, along with a cover of “Ain’t Too Proud To Beg.”
