Tears For Fears were a British synth-pop duo consisting of Roland Orzabal and Curt Smith, who rose to prominence in the early 1980s. This 1985 Canadian single on Vertigo pairs "Head Over Heels," a melodic synth-pop track from their landmark album Songs from the Big Chair, with "Broken" and its Preacher Mix alternate version, a more atmospheric piece that appeared alongside it on that same record.
