Stop Your Motor is the seventh studio album from The Association, the California soft rock and pop group best known for hits like "Cherish" and "Windy," released in 1971 on Warner Bros. Records. By this point the band was moving in a more straightforward rock direction, and the album reflects a harder-edged sound compared to their mid-sixties peak. This Canadian pressing captures a somewhat overlooked late period release from a group that had been a major presence on AM radio throughout the previous decade.
