The Clancy Brothers with Louis Killen's Greatest Hits is a 1973 Vanguard compilation drawing from the catalog of the iconic Irish folk group, who rose to prominence in the early 1960s and helped introduce traditional Irish and Celtic folk music to American audiences. The collection features rousing ballads, rebel songs, and drinking songs that became staples of the folk revival era, including "The Wild Rover" and "Whiskey You're the Devil." Louis Killen, an English folk singer, joined the group after Tommy Makem's departure, and his presence is reflected in some of the later recordings included here.
