Here's a solid Canadian pressing of The Seekers' compilation on the Starline label, which served as Capitol's budget reissue imprint throughout the late '60s and '70s. While The Seekers are often remembered primarily for their massive hit "Georgy Girl," this collection showcases the full breadth of Judith Durham's crystalline vocals and the group's sophisticated folk arrangements that made them one of the few Australian acts to achieve genuine international success during the mid-'60s folk boom. The quartet's ability to blend traditional folk with pop sensibilities positioned them perfectly between the commercial folk revival and the emerging singer-songwriter movement.
