The Stampeders were a Canadian rock trio from Calgary who found considerable success in the early-to-mid 1970s with a blend of rock and country-influenced pop. This 1984 compilation on Music World Creations collects highlights from their catalog, including their best-known track "Sweet City Woman" from 1971, which reached the top of the Canadian charts and broke into the American top ten.
