Here's a US Island pressing of Traffic's often-overlooked 1973 effort "Shoot Out At The Fantasy Factory," an album that finds Steve Winwood and company at an interesting crossroads in their evolution. This was Traffic's sixth studio album and the first recorded at their own purpose-built Fantasy Studios in Berkshire, giving the band complete creative control during a period when they were experimenting with longer, more jazz-fusion influenced compositions. The album features the extended workout "Sometimes I Feel So Uninspired" and showcases Jim Capaldi's increased songwriting contributions alongside Winwood's trademark Hammond organ work and Chris Wood's distinctive saxophone and flute arrangements.
