The Traveling Wilburys were a supergroup consisting of George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, Roy Orbison, and Jeff Lynne, though by the time Vol. 3 was released in 1990, Orbison had passed away and the remaining four carried on as a quartet. Despite the numbering, this was actually the group's second and final studio album, continuing the loose, good-natured rock and roll style of the first record. Standout tracks include "She's My Baby" and "Inside Out," with the album maintaining the relaxed, collaborative feel that defined the project.
